The founder of our company, Troy Bloxom, has an extensive construction background. With over 30 years of experience in the residential and commerical construction arenas. The last 15 years he was either a general contractor or a superintentant for a contractor. He has knowledge of conventional frame, log homes and steel construction.
Troy is associated with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) as well as the National Association of Home Inspectors. Our inspection reports conform to or exceed the ASHI and NAHI Standards of Practice.
Troy holds the certification of CRI (Certified Residential Inspector) with NAHI which requires additional education and testing. He performs FHA, VA, ICC presale and purchase inspections.
Troy was named Associate of the Year by the Anchorage Home Builders Association for 2007.
