Home Inspections Plus+ is the premier home inspection company in the Anchorage, Eagle River and Mat-Su Valley area. We have been trusted by home buyers, to help them make informed buying decisions since 2001.

The founder of our company, Troy Bloxom, has an extensive construction background. With over 35 years of experience in the residential and commerical construction arenas.  He has knowledge of conventional frame, log homes, SIPS and steel construction.
Troy is associated with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) as well as the National Association of Home Inspectors. Our inspection reports conform to or exceed the ASHI and NAHI Standards of Practice.

Troy holds the certification of CRI (Certified Residential Inspector)  with NAHI which requires additional education and testing.  He performs new construction inspections for FHA, VA to ICC standards. In addition to presale and purchase inspections.

Troy was named Associate of the Year by the Anchorage Home Builders Association for 2007.
